The selected time slot corresponds to the approximate drop-off time for a repair scheduled the same day (unless mechanical issues occur). You may also drop off your bike the day before between 10:00 and 18:30 (no need to notify us in advance).

Please note: once the bike is ready, it should be picked up promptly. Due to limited space, storage fees may be charged if the bike is collected more than 48 hours late. Thank you for your understanding.

The selected time slot corresponds to the approximate drop-off time. There is no need to notify us if you arrive late. You may also drop off your bike earlier (for example the day before) without informing us in advance.

However, it is important to collect your bike as soon as it is ready, preferably the same day or the following day. Storage fees may be charged if necessary.
